 Post subject: Example code that removes and adds the maps in a Map Set

Does anyone have an example of code (perfer C# but will take VB) that uses an existing system map book and removes (Remove All) the maps from a map set and adds the Selected Set to the Map Set and then plots the maps? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
