 Post subject: Initialize Electric Trace Weight does nothing

I'm trying to set up Feeder Manager on an Oracle database with SDE using ArcGIS 10 SP3 and ArcFM 10.0.3.7494 on a Windows XP machine.
I did complete the first 7 steps from the ArcFM help. There's no geometric network and the data is unversioned.
When trying to initialize electric trace weights nothing happens. No dialog, no error, no calculated weights, no log files, nothing at all.

[edit]I will continue the setup and try the initialization in a later step. See if that works.
