Hi,

I am working with Session Manager 9.3.1. The configuration for the same was successful and I could get the workflow implemented for sessions.

However, all of a sudden, when the Session Editor submits the session to Session Approval Officer, the status doesnot change from "In Progress" to "Pending Approval". The session,although goes to the Session Approval Officer. The same thing was working fine, before it suddenly stopped changing the status.

Would appreciate any help on the same.

Hi,

If your work is having no customization, I doubt your ProcessFrameworkAdministrator settings, can you have a check again on your TRANSITIONS? also look for the configured FROM STATE and TO STATE.

I got it resolved. It had something to do with mobile assignment.
