Our Upstream and Downstream Protective Device traces are not working in our ArcFM Viewer/ArcGIS Server, but work fine with ArcMap. "No results found (0)"; Upstream, Downstream and Distribution traces all work fine in the Viewer. Same results in IE 8 and Google Chrome. We are running version 9.3.1 SP1 for all ArcFm and ESRI products.

This is currently a known issue with the ArcFM Viewer for ArcGIS Server ADF web application. There's actually an upcoming patch to correct this problem, which can be found on http://www.telvent-gis.com/support/patches.shtml once it is released.

[Edit:]
The upcoming patch is for ArcFM Server 9.3.1 sp1. This issue has already been patched for ArcFM Server 9.3.1.
