 Post subject: ArcMap crashes

We are experiencing a problem where if we copy a design and then immediately open it, ArcMap crashes. If we restart the application the new design opens successfully. Sometimes, a copy followed immediately with an open works fine. The source of the copy is always a design created under v9.1. We are now running v9.2.1. Does anyone have any thoughts?
