Morning all,

I'm wondering if anyone is including the "Inventory Sheet" in Construction Drawing sheets. If so, what process are you using to accomplish this? Do you have a custom tool that saves the information into a more usable format?

We would like to place the Inventory Sheet in our Construction Drawings rather than to include it as an Addendum package.

I would like to keep the formatting of the document when it is placed in the Construction Drawing. I have tried opening the Inventory, performing a "Select All" and Pasting the selection into an ESRI Rectangle Text Box. The result is not as readable as the formatted Inventory sheet.

I'm interested in finding out how other Designer Users are using the Inventory Sheet.

Thanks,
george

We have a Crystal Report that is formatted the way we want to see the data and it points to the the instance table for the design. It is a separate sheet that can be viewed in Workflow Manager or printed by anyone (i.e. Warehouse, crew, etc). The crew typically just wants the staking sheets for small, mid size jobs and have asked for it not to be on the maps because it can clutter them up.
