I just installed ArcFM Viewer 10.0.1 SP1 and getting the above message and the program terminates. See the attached error message screenshot.

Figured it out, we have a custom layout file pointing to 9.x version and needs to be changed to 10.0.0.0

I'm getting this message on 2 of 40 installations that I've done. 1 is pointing directly to sde and the other is pointing to a replica. I created a support request earlier today.
