Responder Patch #4637

 

This patch is intended for installation on top of Responder 9.2.1 (build 4573).

Functionality Included: This patch fixes an issue with reports in Archive Explorer failing to show time stamps when computer is using 24 hour time format.

Recommended Users: All Clients on 9.2.1 should install this patch if they are using 24 hour time on their client machines running Archive Explorer and reports.

Notes: This patch must be installed to all client machines.

The following files are included in the patch and will replace existing files:

• IncidentDetails.xslt

Installation instructions:

1. Download the patch installer Patch_921_4637.exe to any location on your desktop machine (Client boxes only).
2. Double-click the file to launch the installation.
3. At the installer dialog, review the readme information if desired. Then click 'Install Patch'.
4. When the installer dialog displays 'Completed', click the 'Close' button.
5. Configure Process Framework as described in the Notes above.

Patch #4637 contains the following bug fixes:

• QFE34403 - Archive Reports Show No “Time Fields” if Computer Set for 24 Hour Time.
